About the position

As Head of Finance & Administration, you will take full responsibility for the company’s finance and administration function. You will be part of the leadership team and work on both daily operations and strategic development.

The role combines hands-on financial management with business understanding and strategic sparring, and you will play a key role in creating overview, efficiency and progress across the organisation.

Your main responsibilities include:

• End-to-end ownership of finance and accounting – from bookkeeping to controlling and reporting

• Monthly reporting, budgeting and cash flow forecasting

• Development of BI and reporting tools (PowerBI)

• VAT, tax and reconciliations

• Payment management (Corpay), reimbursements (Pleo) and bookkeeping (e-conomic)

• Inventory management and cost controlling in close collaboration with Supply Chain

• Cash management and forecasting

• Business analysis and financial sparring to support decision-making

• Optimisation of processes and systems to support future growth

Administrative tasks (approx. 5-10% of the role):

• Payroll administration (Zenegy)

• Onboarding/offboarding and IT administration

About you

You are an analytical, structured and proactive individual who thrives in an environment defined by pace, ownership and development. You can balance strategy and detail, and you are passionate about creating transparency, structure and insight through financial management.

We imagine that you have:

• 3-8 years of experience from a product-based company (for example consumer goods, design, fashion or similar)

• A solid understanding of inventory, cost control and international trade

• Strong analytical skills and reporting experience

• A proactive, business-oriented mindset where numbers are seen as decision-making tools

• The ability to work independently and take full ownership of the finance function

• Experience from a small or mid-sized company where you have handled a broad finance scope is a clear advantage.
