Seeking Experienced French Chef for Le Diamant Bistro Expansion in Copenhagen

We are excited to announce that Le Diamant Bistro, a renowned name in French cuisine, is planning to expand with a new location in Strøget, Copenhagen — one of the city's most iconic and high-traffic areas.

As part of this expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced French chef with a strong background in authentic French gastronomy, creativity in menu development, and leadership in kitchen operations.

What we’re looking for:

• Deep knowledge of traditional and modern French cuisine

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in a fine-dining environment

• Passion for quality, consistency, and culinary innovation

• Interest in being a part of an ambitious, growing brand
