Who are we:
I.    Bindia.dk – an Organic Indian Takeaway & Dine-in chain based in Copenhagen.
II.    Established brand since 2003 with 8 outlets & 1 Industrial Production Kitchen.

You have: 
1.    Culinary education in Indian Cuisine.
2.    Documented experience managing large-scale kitchens (5-star is preferred).
3.    Worked in high quality international brands in international settings.
4.    Passion for Indian cuisine, creativity, ability to improvise & implement.
5.    Mastered classical Indian dishes & love to develop new dishes independently.
6.    Experience in kitchen management, cost control, & process optimization.
7.    Ability to handle stressful situations.
8.    Structure & organized way of working.
9.    Ability to lead, train, supervise, & motivate a diverse team of junior chefs, kitchen staff.
10.   Ability to assure Health n safety measures in all Bindias.
11.   Capacity to develop SOPs & ensure consistent quality across all Bindias.
12.   ⁠Proficiency in English or Hindi.
13.   Willingness to settle down in Copenhagen.
