About the role:

As our Head Barista, you will lead the coffee program, ensure top quality in every cup, and help create an exceptional customer experience. We believe every guest should feel truly welcome and cared for, from the first smile to the last sip. You will work with some of the best coffee available, alongside a dedicated, energetic team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven barista experience, ideally in a leadership role, with minimum 3 years of experience in the coffee industry
• Is passionate about specialty coffee and customer service, with a genuine desire to delight every guest
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Speaks fluent English (Danish is a plus)
