Hands-on Coordinator / Team Leader for Evening Shift – Fashion Warehouse in Horsens

For a modern fashion warehouse in Horsens, Bech Personale is looking for a hands-on coordinator/team leader for the evening shift. You will have a key role in the daily operations, leading by example and ensuring strong collaboration and a respectful working environment.

Training will take place on the day shift. The position starts as a temporary assignment with the aim of finding the right long-term match.

Key responsibilities

• Daily leadership and support of employees on the evening shift

• Active participation in day-to-day warehouse operations

• Ensuring structure, overview, and respectful communication

• Making sure guidelines and work procedures are followed

Your profile

• You communicate in a clear, respectful, and professional manner

• You are hands-on and visible in your daily work

• You have natural authority and respect for leadership structures

• You approach challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset

• Experience from the fashion industry is an advantage, but not a requirement

• A forklift license is not required

The most important factor is that your profile matches the role.

Working hours

• Monday–Thursday: 14:00–22:00

• Friday: 14:00–21:30

Salary

• Salary will be discussed during the interview process
