About the Role

We are seeking a Group Online Coordinator to lead the coordination and execution of online marketing activities across the Aller Aqua Group. You will work hands-on with campaigns, paid advertisements, Social Media, CRM, website updates, content, video editing and other digital tools. You will join an international marketing team and will collaborate closely to help structure and drive our digital efforts through shared systems, clear processes, and strong teamwork

Main Responsibilities

  • HubSpot CRM coordination: Coordinate workflows, lead funnels, and campaign tracking across global markets. Align Sales and Marketing efforts.
  • Website oversight: Coordinate updates and multilingual content coordination through our CMS. Collaborate with developers and local teams to maintain website performance and compliance.
  • Campaign coordination: Lead the planning and execution of paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) in collaboration with teammates and external consultants.
  • Content coordination in the social media platforms.
  • Coordinate the implementation and usage of digital tools such as newsletters, chatbots, surveys, and internal brand platforms.
  • Support video production (filming and editing) for internal and external brand storytelling, including testimonials and interviews.
  • Performance tracking & reporting by using our analytical tools such as Power BI and native platforms to monitor CRM, website, and campaign performances.
  • Training & documentation: Create digital playbooks and onboarding materials. Train users across departments and the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital coordination or marketing roles.
  • High level of experience with HubSpot CRM – workflows, automation, reporting, and cross-channel integration.
  • Experience with Headless CMS.
  • High level of experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, including filming and editing.
  • Experience with paid digital platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Basic experience with Power BI and similar tools for reporting and dashboards.
  • Experience working with marketing tools such as newsletters, chatbots, surveys, and CRM-integrated campaigns.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Danish is an advantage; additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Previous experience in the aquaculture industry or related is a strong asset.
