Global Regulatory Archivist – FMC site Rønland
Do you enjoy organising and managing important scientific data? Are you comfortable working independently in a hands-on, regulated environment?
FMC Agricultural Solutions is looking for a Global Regulatory Archivist to join our Rønland site. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage and maintain our Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) archives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and FMC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role is both practical and detail-focused, involving the physical handling of study materials as well as careful record-keeping and database management.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive, organise, and archive study records and raw data (including boxes weighing up to 16 kg).
- Maintain the chain of custody for all materials and ensure data integrity.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors/CROs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Ensure all GLP archives are maintained according to regulations and FMC SOPs.
- Prepare materials for regulatory inspections and provide access when required.
- Independently manage archiving processes, including updating electronic databases.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with databases and record management.
- Ability to lift up to 16 kg.
- Comfortable working independently in a dedicated archive area.
- Fluency in English and Danish.
- Previous experience in GLP or other regulated environments is highly desirable.
