We are looking for a Global Product Manager – Freezers who will own and drive the development, features, performance, and market success of our ice cream freezer portfolio. Your mission is simple yet ambitious: make Gram Equipment the global market leader in industrial ice cream freezers.

Your Mission

As Product Manager for Freezers, you will have full ownership of our freezer product categories — defining future features, shaping product strategy, and ensuring successful production and delivery to customers. You will work closely with leading ice cream producers around the world, gathering insights on current and emerging needs, and turning them into innovative solutions that define the future of ice cream manufacturing.

You will lead our engineering and product teams in Kolding, Denmark and Izmir, Turkey, ensuring harmony, speed, quality, and innovation across locations. Through your direction, we will strengthen our product excellence, accelerate digitalization, and secure our position as the world’s most advanced provider of ice cream freezer technology.

What you will drive

• Full responsibility for our freezer product portfolio — from strategy and features to production and customer delivery
• Define and prioritize new freezer capabilities that improve performance, cost efficiency, and consumer experience
• Position Gram Equipment as the global market leader in industrial ice cream freezers
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Product and Engineering teams across Denmark and Turkey
• Standardize processes and secure best-in-class engineering, quality, and delivery performance
• Collaborate closely with Production, Automation, Procurement, and Sales to turn ideas into successful products
• Engage directly with customers worldwide to understand their needs today — and tomorrow
• Play a key role in the digital transformation of freezer technology, ensuring we stay at the forefront of smart, data-driven solutions

What you bring

• Technical background — engineering or similar
• Experience with machinery in the food industry or other industrial equipment
• Proven leadership experience, ideally across multiple sites or international teams
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset
• Ability to communicate, motivate, and build trust across cultures
• Fluent in English — additional languages are a plus
