We are looking for a GKYC Consultant for our client in the financial industry.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrable Experienced in significant transformation programmes in Banks, preferable in the AML space
• Delivery for PEGA CLM projects is an advantage
• High quality documentation for status reporting
• Clear understanding how the workstream scope links to the overall vision
• Good domain and AML competence, understanding financial crime risks and controls and the implementation of RBA and efficient treatment strategies
• Extensive stakeholder management experience
• Valid EU work permit making you able to work in either Sweden or Denmark right away
• Professional level of English - both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Understanding and driving the scope of a workstream or project
• Accountable for Building Blocks refinement (breakdown to features)
• Responsible for the output of the workstream (refined features meeting DOD)
• Working with Design team and solution refinement teams to see the design through to delivery
• Formulate spotlight and options papers to a level which can be presented to senior leaders
• Act as a role model by creating atmosphere of confidence, learning and trust. Live values to grow and develop self and others 
• Guiding the workstream/project refinement teams on priority
• Drive communication internally and managing stakeholders for decisions
• Accountable for Risk, Issue & Dependency management for the workstream/project refinement team
