Simbio is seeking an experienced Furniture Assembly Specialist to join our team at our modern production facility in Karlslunde. We design and produce bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, and interior furniture using high-quality materials and advanced CNC technology. This is a full-time position with excellent conditions for skilled professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently take full ownership of the assembly and installation process—both in our workshop and on-site with clients. You’ll be working with oak-veneered plywood, solid wood components, and CNC-machined parts, and will be expected to interpret technical drawings and deliver consistently high-quality results.

• Assemble and install custom kitchens, wardrobes, and interior elements

• Work independently and responsibly on-site, acting as a trusted representative of Simbio

• Ensure precision, alignment, and a clean finish in every project

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients during installations

• Occasionally assist with deliveries and lifting (a good level of physical fitness is important)

• Drive company vehicle as needed (Category B license required)

• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in furniture assembly and mounting

• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and assembly plans

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

• Comfortable working directly with clients – professionalism and social skills are essential

• Flexibility to work occasional extra hours when deadlines require (fully compensated)
