We are now looking for a full-time waiter who will play a central role at two of our restaurants in Carlsberg Byen:
Restaurant Paula – Carlsberg Byen’s new à la carte restaurant featuring classic French craftsmanship, the best seasonal ingredients, and inspiration from both Nordic and Japanese cuisine. On the menu, you’ll find sustainably caught fish and shellfish from Denmark and the Nordics, organic vegetables, and meat from free-range game. The menu changes with the seasons and is developed in close collaboration with small, local suppliers.
Restaurant Dolores – our colorful “world kitchen,” inspired by San Francisco’s Mission District, where many food cultures meet. Here we serve flavor-packed comfort food with a focus on Danish vegetables, fish from Danish waters, and dry-aged cuts – always prepared with respect for the ingredients and with taste at the center.

Your responsibilities:
– Opening and closing the restaurants
– Providing professional and attentive service that matches the guests’ needs
– Creating harmony between the menu’s flavors and beverages through your knowledge and dedication
– Handling smaller administrative tasks such as following up on table reservations and coordinating within the team
– Training new employees when needed
