About the Role:
As a Korean Fried Chicken Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and development of our signature Korean fried chicken dishes while managing day-to-day kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the kitchen team
Develop and execute innovative Korean fried chicken recipes
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation in all dishes
Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization
Enforce food safety and hygiene regulations
Train, support, and motivate kitchen staff
Collaborate with front-of-house management for smooth operations

Strong experience with Korean cuisine, especially fried chicken
Creative and detail-oriented
Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
