We’re a growing SaaS company looking for a strategic, hands-on Finance & Operations Lead to own and evolve our financial backbone—and help drive smarter, scalable processes across the business.
🔎 What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of financial operations: invoicing, expenses, reporting, and annual accounts.
- Improve systems and processes: automate workflows, reduce manual work, and boost clarity.
- Track and report on financial KPIs with speed and insight.
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, cash flow, and financial strategy.
- Support internal operations across teams—onboarding, renewals, documentation, and more.
✅ We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in finance, controlling, or operations—preferably in SaaS or digital business.
- Strong grasp of accounting, invoicing, and reporting tools (E-conomic is a plus).
- A process-thinker eager to simplify and automate where possible.
- Bonus: Familiarity with automation platforms (like Zapier or Make) and AI.
- Based in the greater Aarhus area and fluent in English (Danish is a plus but not required).
