The Role

As a Foreman/Supervisor you will typicall be responsible for more teams and assigning and coordinating work the team repsonsibles and the Client.
You ensure high-quality, efficient project delivery. Key responsibilities include HSE awareness, Quality inspection, Progress Reporting and

The Person

We are looking for an experienced and proactive supervisor with strong communication skills and a focus on doing things right first time. You have strong planning skills and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high productivity without compromising standards and good workmanship, and possess the flexibility to transition between projects as required.

Professional Skills

• Certification: Trained/certified Industrial Electrician with 5+ years of experience. Probaly also having a Techincal Diploma of relevance.

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in verifying and guiding teams to success within all electrical installation aspects. Ability to verify design and provide valuable feedback for changes or improvements to the project scope.
  Daily user of software applications and IT for office work.

• Project Execution: Experience in work planning, testing, and commissioning electrical installations. Profficient problem solver and a role model to the team members.

• Communication: C1 (or B2) level English (speaking, writing, and understanding above average).

• Soft Skills: Proven ability to work in multicultural environments and expereince with stakeholder management.

• Compliance: Strict adherence to safety regulations and documented safety procedures.
  

Personal Specification

• Teamwork: A reliable team player with strong focus on good work climate and high workmanship standards.

• Physicality: High physical stamina for demanding tasks on large sites.

• Logistics: Valid driver’s license and documented right to work in Denmark.
  

Experience

• Sector Background: 5+ years on large-scale sites (Utilities, Construction, Pharma, or Energy).

• Technical Literacy: Mastery of electrical drawings and technical specifications.

• Performance: Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing operational requirements.

• Verification: Candidates must demonstrate their skills and proficiency during the onboarding process.
