RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling Intercompany related tasks, e.g. reconciliations, posting of invoices etc.
- Weekly accounts receivable follow-ups and reconciliations
- Being part of the month-end closing procedure, including reconciliations
- Ad hoc administrative tasks and finance-oriented projects
YOUR COMPETENCIES
We are looking for a candidate who, with your professional competencies and solution-oriented mindset. In this regard, we imagine that you possess the following qualifications:
- Have experience with above tasks from a similar position
- Are proficient in the use of Excel
- Experience with e-conomic or similar ERP systems
- Experience with intercompany setup
- Are structured, detail-oriented, and meticulous in your task execution, while also being able to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Are service-minded, work independently, and enjoy taking responsibility and ownership
- Have good communication skills in English, both orally and in writing – Danish language skills are an advantage but not a requirement
