About Renewable Energy Company (ReCo)

ReCo is a newly established renewable energy company created through the merger of several leading players in the sector. With strong institutional backing, ReCo is on a bold mission to accelerate the green transition.

The company currently has around 170 employees, with half based at the headquarters in Aarhus and the rest across international offices. The management team consists of six people, and the working environment is dynamic, international, and highly collaborative.

About the Role

As Executive Team Coordinator, you will work closely with CEO Sandra and the management team, supporting strategic, analytical, and operational tasks at the highest level.

Your role will be varied and fast-paced, combining coordination, analysis, and communication. You will bring structure to complexity, create clarity, and ensure that key initiatives move forward smoothly.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Preparing well-structured presentations and briefing materials for management and board meetings

  • Drafting accurate minutes and summaries from executive meetings

  • Supporting and following up on key strategic initiatives and projects

  • Planning and coordinating management meetings, agendas, and logistics

  • Collecting and summarising information for executive decision-making

  • Managing selected administrative and coordination tasks for the management team

  • Handling confidential matters with integrity and discretion

You should expect limited travel activity, primarily related to management meetings or company events, but not to an extent that affects your personal or family life.

About You

You are analytical, structured, and motivated by creating clarity and bringing order to complex situations. You enjoy working close to decision-making but are comfortable supporting from a coordinating role rather than being the one making the final call.You are a self-starter who takes initiative and drives progress independently, while also thriving in a team-oriented environment where collaboration is key.

Profile:

  • A relevant university degree (for example, within business, economics, or political science)

  • 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally from management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with a hands-on mindset

  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear presentations

  • Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English

  • Experience preparing materials for executive or board-level meetings is an advantage

  • High integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
