Working in a fast-paced, research-intensive environment, you will collaborate with numerous course responsibles, administrative staff, academic assistants, and technical teams to co-create impactful, reusable, and scalable learning experiences. Your approach will be rooted in relationship-building, structured project management, and active facilitation—empowering colleagues to innovate and embed pedagogical excellence in all our digital offerings.

The job
Your main tasks include:

  • Working in partnership with DTU LearningLab and DTU MediaLab to integrate best practices in digital pedagogy and media production.
  • Developing and promoting reusable learning resources and active learning strategies for flexible application across courses and for other communication and dissemination needs.
  • Fostering a playful, innovative, and resilient team culture—even under pressure and tight deadlines.

Our expectations of you
We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Hold a Bachlor- or Master Degree and has a strong background in higher education and digital learning as a pedagogical consultant or similar role.
  • Understands curriculum design, course development, and the full e-learning production process for fully asynchronous teaching as well as for blended learning formats.
  • Demonstrates proven project management skills and can coordinate with a large number of stakeholders.
  • Excels at building trust, inspiring collaboration, and motivating other colleagues.
  • Thrives in environments where time is limited and priorities shift rapidly.
  • Is proactive, resilient, and impact-oriented, with a collaborative, hands-on mindset.
  • Translates pedagogical theory into practical, sustainable solutions.

What we offer in return

  • An inspiring, collaborative, and international work environment.
  • Opportunities to work with leading researchers, educators, and technical experts.
  • A chance to make a real impact on the quality and reach of digital education in wind and energy systems.
  • Professional development and support for your pedagogical and project management growth.
  • Flexible working conditions and a culture that values creativity, playfulness, and continuous improvement.
