Key Responsibilities
As the Store Manager, you will:
• Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales growth through exceptional customer service and local store
marketing (LSM).
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team to achieve service
and performance goals.
• Manage inventory, ensure proper rostering, and control labor costs
effectively.
• Oversee cash management, paperwork, and adherence to store
policies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and complete all
necessary audits.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI, POS systems, and MS Office for
operational efficiency and performance tracking.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
• Proven managerial experience in the fast-food or pizza industry.
• Strong knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as labor,
food, service, and safety.
• Working proficiency with software tools like MS Office, POS systems,
and Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Danish is a plus.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with strong leadership skills
and the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Canditate must have a driving license -type B.
