At Eva Solo, we represent iconic Scandinavian design across the lifestyle and interiors space. One of the exciting brands in our portfolio is PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED – a Danish furniture, lighting and complements brand known for clever, characterful design that balances form and function beautifully.

We’re now looking for a talented and driven Regional Sales Manager to focus on developing the PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED brand across key European markets. You’ll be part of the Eva Solo team – but your main mission will be to grow awareness, presence, and partnerships for PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED.

We are also working on creating a 'one stop shopping' concept for hotels, restaurants, cafes and canteens, so that customers can choose not only chairs, tables and pendants but also kitchen- and tableware from us. An exciting development in the project market, which you must also be able to drive and help develop.

YOUR FOCUS REGION

Our priority markets for this role include Norway, Sweden, Benelux, and France – but we’re flexible. If you have strong existing contacts in Denmark, Poland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland or surrounding countries, we’re happy to shape the final territory around the right person.

We want you to be as close to the customers and specifiers as possible. However, when you are not with the customers, you will work from our HQ in Måløv (30 min. outside Copenhagen, Denmark) combined with our 320 m2 PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED showroom at Esplanaden 2 in Copenhagen City Center or from home depending on your location.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Grow sales and brand awareness for PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED in your markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with design retailers, architects, interior designers, facility managers and contract partners
  • Act as a brand ambassador at fairs, showroom visits, and industry events
  • Collaborate closely with our customer service, product development, marketing and sales teams to support ordering, key launches, campaigns, and client needs
  • Report on market activities, sales forecasts, and opportunities — and help shape our strategy going forward

YOUR PROFILE:

  • An experienced sales professional with a background in design, furniture, or interiors. And fill roles in both BTC sales via retailers as well as BTB and BTG sales via specifying interior architects, facility managers and/or contract partners
  • Naturally networked - with a strong contact base in one or more relevant markets.
  • Structured, self-motivated, and great at working independently
  • A strong communicator, fluent in English and ideally one or more local languages.
  • Passionate about modern design - you don’t have to be a furniture and lighting nerd, but we wouldn’t mind if you were
  • A positive attitude with open-mindedness and a passion for customer success
  • Open to travel across your territory and this extensively if it makes sense to achieve the desired results
