We are looking for a person with either a mechanical or electrical background based on experience from on- and offshore wind service, maintenance, or projects. The vital ingredient is hands-on experience covering all aspects of wind service and maintenance backed up by a theoretical background. If you have these credentials, then NorSea sees you as a key colleague in our Energy Solutions division. 

Our mission is to build up profitable growth and to scale our specialized manning business into the Wind Industry, by including Wind Technicians, Engineers, Project managers, Work preparation, HSE supervisors etc. in our portfolio. 

Your initial focus will be on projects within logistic and specialized manpower business based on a number of wind specific disciplines', such as technicians, engineers, HSE supervisors, logistic and Heavy Lift Supervisors etc. In combination with our close co-operation partners for the Wind industry both on- and offshore. 

The ambition is to create strong collaboration with our colleagues across NorSea Group and our owner Wilhelmsen’s service lines and 2.200 global locations, and use this to introduce a turn-key business package anywhere needed by our customers. 

You will utilize your skills in networking with customers, partners, and NorSea colleagues to increase our activity in the renewable energy industry. 

Who are you 

• Experience from previous job or position in on- and offshore wind industry 

• Project management experience 

• Relevant leadership experience (smaller teams and/or with matrix organizations) 

• Customer engagement drive/experience to build confidence and trust 

• Business skills, ability to analyze, judge, and navigate in various business levels and society 

• People skills, ability to analyze, judge, and navigate to influencers and decision makers. 

• Financial understanding, ability to analyze, evaluate business opportunities 

• Like to have hands-on and be visible on the various sites   

Job description & responsibilities  

As Director Wind & Renewable Services, you are responsible for: 

• Sales, quoting, commercial offers & lead tendering process in collaboration with the Head of BD Wind Technicians 

• Project Management within the wind segment for projects and manpower 

• Ensure close collaboration with the other NorSea DK operational & support functions  

• Manage & Maintain Customer Satisfaction  

• Participate in Networking and Lobbyism 

• Key Account Management 

• Sub-Strategy in close cooperation with both LT and Head of BD Wind Technicians 

• Business expansion activities globally and across the region, focused on DK & Northern Europe 

• Travel days must be expected depending on project activities.
