Who are we?
Beta Boulders is a climbing gym, co-working space, and café all-in-one! We opened our first facility in February 2019 in Copenhagen, and we now operate four gyms (three in Denmark and one in the Netherlands).
We have a lot planned for the next couple of years and are looking for a new member to join the team to help us develop our future facilities. We are a young, dynamic team and we like to build amazing spaces which are functional, comply with building regulation, are within budget and look good. Easy.
Who are we looking for?
This new position covers various areas, including site sourcing, design, tendering & construction management. We are considering candidates with a diverse experience.
The position can adapt to your background, and we are looking for someone who understands real estate, our business needs and can deliver high quality results in a short amount of time. The job involves coordinating with architects, planners, landlords, local authorities, brokers, contractors. You will use the skills you have and learn new ones. The development managers must have some of the required skills and experience in the areas listed below; this is NOT a project management job.
You will be travelling between the various construction sites, and you will bring new facilities to life working alongside our founder, the design team & Ops crew. This is NOT a desk or remote-only job. You will be ON-SITE.
