We are looking for someone willing to join our operation team to help assessing damages cases and ensuring  collection while providing excellent customer service throughout our damage and accounts receivable process.

We are looking for a damage cases and accounts receivable handler who thrives on structure, responsibility, and a varied workday.

As part of our operations team, you can also be inspecting, rebalancing, and cleaning cars when the level of activity requires it.

This position is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role between operations and finance.

About the Position

As a damage and accounts receivable handler, you will play a central role in the finance- and operations departments, responsible for assessing damage cases, customer responsibility, invoicing customers and following up on debt collection. You will be in constant contact with our operations team and our external debt collection partner. You will be part of a small team that manages damage cases from creation to invoicing and collection, giving you the full ownership and responsibility to process damage cases and account receivables.

The position is a full-time position, and the salary will follow qualifications.

Your Main Tasks

  • Create and assess damage cases, including determining responsibilities and bookkeeping

  • Respond to customer inquiries during the assessment, collection process and set up installment plans

  • Be a business partner for improving processes and working with damages effectively

  • Support the operation team when the level of activity requires it

About You

We imagine that you:

  • Have a bachelor or master degree in economics, finance or similar or have experience from a similar position within finance, accounting, debt collection or are familiar with insurance claims

  • Work in a structured manner and can maintain an overview—even with many tasks

  • Are service-minded and communicate professionally, both in writing and verbally

  • Have an aptitude for IT and strive in improving processes and maintaining a good quality of data

  • Are detail oriented, independent, responsible, and take pride in solving tasks with high level of quality
