Due to increased activity in the industry, our client – an international company in the food sector – is seeking a Customs Assistant for a 30-hour position, starting in mid-November or December.
Key Responsibilities
Handling and processing customs documentation
Posting customs duties
Managing a shared mailbox for customs-related inquiries
Obtaining missing documentation for customs clearance
Daily accounting related to inward processing
Stamping TORO documents (end-use) and returning them to suppliers
Archiving relevant documents
Performing various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Experience with customs procedures is an advantage
Strong English skills, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Excel
Structured and detail-oriented approach

Strong communicator, both internally and externally
