Customer Support Engineer - Equipment Sales for Space Inventor
Are you a serviceminded, technically skilled engineer with a passion for serving customers and

Preferable, you will be based in Aalborg (Denmark).

About the job
As our Customer Support Engineer, Equipment Sales, you’ll be at the heart of serving our equipment
customers and strengthening our market presence. Working hand-in-hand with the Equipment Sales
team, you’ll provide timely, professional service and technical guidance that drives sales performance.
In this role, you’ll be the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring outstanding aftersales
support and building trusted, long-term relationships.

Your Responsibilities
● Provide technical support to customers during pre-sales, installation, and post-sales stages.
● Assist the Sales Manager and Director with technical insights during customer meetings and proposals.
● Conduct equipment demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting.
● Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
● Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
● Document customer feedback to support product and service improvements.

Qualifications
● Masters’ degree in Engineering, System Engineering or related technical field.
● Experience in equipment support, maintenance, or customer service.
● Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Good presentation skills. Experience with presentations at conferences is a plus.
● Ability to travel globally, visiting conferences and customers
● Minimum 3 years experience in technical role in the space sector
