We’re looking for a creative, proactive and self-driven assistant to support our presence on Instagram and TikTok.
The focus is on creating engaging Stories and TikTok content, planning story flow and supporting our visual expression and brand aesthetics. You will work from the content we already produce, you will not be responsible for main production.
This position is part-time with the possibility of full-time in the future. It’s ideal for a student or recent graduate with a creative background.
The work is remote, but you must be able to assist at productions and photoshoots in Denmark, Italy, France and other European destinations when needed.
Your responsibilities
Develop and post daily Instagram Stories based on existing content
Create story concepts and ideas that match the brand’s aesthetic
Design Story templates/layouts in Canva/other platforms
New creative ideas to improve our social media
Post TikToks when content is available
Select captions/onscreen text and music
Prepare a monthly list of min. 10 relevant influencers + initiate contact
Assist at photoshoots and produce supporting/BTS content
Optional: create content featuring yourself – only if you want to
Who you are
You have a creative background/interest – e.g. studying photography, graphic design, art direction, visual communication, media production or similar
Strong visual sense and understanding of aesthetic expression
Solid experience with Canva
Solid experience with Instagram & TikTok
Able to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable working alone, with online sparring when needed
Able to travel for shoots
