Roskilde.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian chef for our restaurant in Roskilde.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

•  Basic Education as a cook or 4+ years of experience as Indian chef with the
  ability to create authentic dishes from different regions in India.
• Experience with niche concepts such as Indian street food is a plus.
•  You have education within Knowledge of different ingredients and spices. And the
  ability to use them to create a unique taste experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English is also a big advantage.

Responsibilities:

•  Creating and updating menus in collaboration with the management.
•  Ensuring high-quality and consistent food preparation and presentation.
•  Ensuring kitchen sanitation and cleanliness.
•  Meeting food safety standards and regulations.
