Position Overview:

As a full-time Cook / Kitcehn Chef, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You will work closely with a team of passionate chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house personnel to ensure our customers enjoy a fantastic dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and health standards.
• Collaborate with the team to create new, exciting menu items.
• Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Assist in kitchen inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Contribute to the overall success and smooth operation of the kitchen.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen experience 2 years+ (preferably in a busy environment).
• A passion for cooking with high-quality, organic, and local ingredients.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills - high level of English if not Danish mother tongue 
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends - which is when we are most busy.
