Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain partnerships with hotels, transport providers, restaurants, and local DMCs.
Negotiation of Rates and Conditions - rates, commissions, cancellation terms, and other conditions.
Input contracted rates and conditions into internal systems
Monitor service quality and handle feedback or complaints from our clients
Profile Required:
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Previous experience in the travel industry is highly preferred
