Key Responsibilities: 

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with hotels, transport providers, restaurants, and local DMCs.

  • Negotiation of Rates and Conditions - rates, commissions, cancellation terms, and other conditions.

  • Input contracted rates and conditions into internal systems

  • Monitor service quality and handle feedback or complaints from our clients

Profile Required:

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Previous experience in the travel industry is highly preferred
