About the PositionYou will be joining the Performance Team consisting of 5 people and taking a key role in strengthening our commercial impact through performance analysis and stakeholder management. The Performance Team is dedicated to increasing business performance by enabling strong commercial ownership, data-driven decision-making, and commercial optimization in close collaboration with our Sales and Marketing teams.
You will be a key person in driving the link between commercial execution and business results—through deep insights, structured follow-up, and performance frameworks that elevate our commercial teams’ impact.

Who Are You?As a Commercial Performance Manager, you could have a relevant educational background in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar—preferably combined with experience working closely with commercial stakeholders. But above all, your ability to drive change, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment will be your most important asset.
