We are looking for a Chinese Cuisine Chef (Gui Zhou style)
Location: Copenhagen
Position: Chinese Cuisine Chef (Full-time)
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare Chinese hot dishes, stir-fry, deep-fry, and cold dishes on a daily basis
Ensure consistent quality and taste of all dishes
Follow the restaurant’s recipe manual to produce standardized dishes
Assist in daily kitchen management and maintain cleanliness and hygiene
Comply with food safety regulations and restaurant policies
Requirements:
Experience in Chinese cooking (stir-fry, wok, fryer, or kitchen assistant – depending on role)
Bonus if he/she knows Gui Zhou style of cooking.
Responsible, hardworking, and a good team player
Working Hours:
5 days per week
Around 7 hours/day
