We are hiring a talented and passionate Chef for our Turkish restaurant in Copenhagen!
If you have a deep appreciation for Turkish cuisine and take pride in creating delicious, high-quality dishes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Kitchen Responsibilities:
Prepare and present traditional Turkish dishes with care, consistency, and quality.
Ensure all food is cooked and presented according to our restaurant’s standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
Collaborate with the team to manage prep and stock levels efficiently.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Help train and support junior kitchen staff when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef or cook, preferably with Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine.
Strong knowledge of Turkish ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
Attention to detail and a commitment to food quality.
Team player with a positive and respectful attitude.
