We are looking for our new colleague at our high end steakhouse.
MASH Steakhouse opened it's first restaurant in 2009, by now we have total 8 restaurants in Denmark and Germany. Our Aarhus branch is well visited by many regular guests, and maintaining our quality standards are essential.
We use a wide range of top of the line steaks; Kobe and Wagyo beef, specially dry aged Danish cuts as well as grass fed Canadian steaks are some of the specialties, we serve.
The menu has a wide range of starters and side dishes, as we wish to cater to all preferences whether it be steak lovers or vegetarians. We change the main menu 3 times/year and have seasonal specialties, when they are availble. The restaurant is open all evenings of the week, working hours are 37 hours/week.
We expect you to have a at least 2 years experience from an a la carte restaurant, that you are a teamplayer and able to take responsibility for your section and the planning of your work.
Salary is according to qulifications, 5 weeks of holiday/year.
