Role Description

As a Chef Assistant you will work closely with the Head Chef and Kitchen Staff to prepare ingredients, produce and present a curated menu of authentic Thai meals and entrees. A Chef Assistant also facilitates communication betwen Bacc-of-the.House (BoH) such as the Chef and kitchen staff and Front-of-the-House (FOH) such as the sait staff as needed: As suring inventory is properly managed and the site manitains quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Prior Line Cook or Kitchen Assistant experience.
• Ability to accurately and consistently follow recipes.
• Knoledge of preparing traditional Thai Dishes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to scheduling changes, as needed.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety sanitization procedures.
• Able to Speak and Understand Thai and one of the below languages
