Areas of responsibility
- Welcoming our guests in a pleasant and engaging way.
- Host the guests while checking in for golf, explaining the rules, and the venue and managing their expectations for their visit.
- Preparation of food and drinks according to recipes and company guidelines.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all our products.
- Sales of mini golf and food and beverage products, whilst accurately collecting payments.
- Serving a wide range of cocktails, beers and pizza and delivering them to a high-quality level.
- Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer.
- Serving a wide range of cocktails, beers and pizza and delivering them to a high-quality level.
- Optimizing guest experiences, building relationships and complaint handling.
- Follow health and hygiene procedures according to government guidelines.
- Accurately collect payments and process transactions.
- Following open and close procedure set by management.
- Engage with our guests when playing, at the table, or bar.
- Cleaning of the both the inside and outside of the unit to maintain hygiene and presentability standards.
- Part-time position start as soon as possible.
