At Huqqa Copenhagen we are passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere and serving high-quality food and beverages to our customers. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth daily operation of our café.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all daily operations of the café efficiently

Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service

Ensure a clean, organised, and inviting environment for customers

Oversee food safety, hygiene standards, and health regulations compliance

Manage inventory, place orders, and control stock levels

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally

Create staff schedules to ensure proper coverage at all times

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets

Work closely with the kitchen and barista teams to maintain high standards


Requirements:

Previous experience as a Store Manager, Café Manager, or similar role in hospitality or food service

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of café operations, food safety, and hygiene regulations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
