Danhydra is currently experiencing significant growth that is expected to continue in the years to come. We are looking for a Business Controller to support and qualify business decisions across the Danhydra Group.

Primary responsibilities:

• Support the business with systematic and timely analysis of planned performance vs actual performance.
• Support the organization with the relevant data needed to make substantiated decisions. 
• Contribute to a high-quality level of master data within Danhydra. 
• Develop, improve and document efficient internal business processes in close collaboration with colleagues in the different functions and in the business units.
• Perform cost and project controlling. 
• Participation in the monthly and annual closing.
• Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts. 
• Point of contact for your colleagues when it comes to support and development in the use of the ERP system Business Central and other IT tools.

As Business Controller you will be part of the Group Finance and report directly to the Danhydra’s Group Finance Manager. You will have a broad range of contacts across Danhydra’s organization. You will work from the company HQ in Herning, but have a global outreach. Travel is only expected exceptionally.

High competence in business economics combined with a superior flair for practical use of IT tools

You hold a relevant financial education, combined with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a company as a controller or in a similar position - preferably with experience from production, service, and project business. You are familiar with cost price calculations, including BOM’s and routings. As our company language is English it is a must that you speak and write English fluently.

The position requires strong IT skills – both in ERP systems and Excel. Experience and knowledge with Business Central is a distinct advantage, while for Power BI it’s a mandatory requirement. 

You like to process, analyse and play with data. You also understand that good communication is crucial to succeed in your role and hence you can turn complex data into informative and value-adding information. 

As a results-oriented team-player, you are prepared to take the lead in getting things done within a dynamic, fast-changing environment. You take the initiative wherever you see the need and find pragmatic solutions together with your colleagues.
