At WarPigs Brewpub, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Brewer to join our brewery team and help us keep pushing the boundaries of craft beer – right from the heart of Copenhagen’s Meatpacking District.

WarPigs is where Danish-American craft beer meets Texas BBQ, with a loud and proud brewing setup in the middle of the brewpub. As part of the team, you’ll be working alongside a group of experienced brewers and will be reporting to our Head Brewer.

You’ll be involved in all parts of the brewing process: from milling to cleaning tanks, from dry hopping to transferring, and of course making beer.

Whether it’s brewing one of our core beers or experimenting with new recipes and collabs, you’ll be helping bring the WarPigs beer universe to life, one batch at a time.

Who are we looking for?

·       You have previous brewing experience (either from another brewery or through relevant education)

·       You’re hands-on, self-motivated, and ready to learn and grow in the role

·       You’re fluent in English – understanding Danish is a plus

·       You work well in a team and don’t mind a fast-paced environment with varying hours

·       Bonus points if you know how to troubleshoot equipment, or have experience working in a brewpub setting.

A typical day?

Your day often starts before the brewpub opens, while the Meatpacking District is still quiet. You get time to focus – maybe while the first mash is on – before the music, BBQ, and guests start rolling in.

Since our brewery is open and visible to guests, you should be comfortable working in a public setting – and maybe even enjoy showing off your skills to the people drinking the beer.
