Assistant Thai Cuisine Chef

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Thai culinary professional to become part of our kichen team. The role involves preparing genuine Thai dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. Collaboration with the kitchen staff is essential to ensure smooth operations and adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifications:

·         At least five years of experience working in a Thai kitchen environment

·         Proficiency in culinary techniques and food preparation skills

·         Proven ability to uphold food quality and consistency

·         Strong attention to detail and capacity to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

·         Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

·         Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation laws

·         Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous

·         Formal culinary training or relevant educational background is preferred

·         Must be able to communicate effectively in English at a minimum of A2 level, with a valid certification as proof
