Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and Assembly Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-precision components and products according to established standards and procedures, ensuring the highest level of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to technical drawings and work instructions.

• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Operate tools and equipment required for assembly processes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly steps and completed work.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

• Identify and report any issues or deviations in the assembly process.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly or manufacturing environment (preferably electronics or precision instruments).

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.

• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

• Team player with good communication skills.
