Are you our new Marketing Director? Interform is a private equity backed, innovative software company in rapid expansion. We are looking for a sharp, ambitious B2B marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts across strategic branding, content development, and lead nurturing. You will be a hands-on, results-driven marketing profile working closely with top management, to take the lead on our growth journey, and set the course for our marketing efforts.

About the Role

As our new Marketing Director, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our B2B marketing strategy - from brand positioning and demand generation to campaigns that fuel growth. You will play a key role in the company’s continued growth and work closely with both Management, Sales and our Product Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing the marketing strategy in accordance with our overall commercial strategy and GTM

• Define tone of voice, target personas and messaging

• Strengthen brand perception, and ensure consistent communication across all channels

• Craft customer-centric stories – with focus on written content across website, insights, articles, sales materials, campaigns

• Define our digital presence. Shape the website structure, navigation, and content flow in collaboration with UI/UX design lead. Drive SEO and continuously optimize for engagement and lead conversion

• Plan and execute targeted campaigns towards new customers, existing customers and partners

• Drive partner marketing to grow the ecosystem, including events, webinars, user groups, and partner-ready content

• Prioritize initiatives and budget using data insights, define internal vs. external resources, and orchestrate efforts for maximum impact
