As QA specialist, SFP (Smoke Free Products) and NCP (Nicotine Containing Products) Projects you are responsible for ensuring Quality assurance during product development of Nicotine Containing Products outside the Pharma regulation. The QA specialist’s primary role is oversight of development processes, documentation, and deviation management. He/she is part of the product category team, and an integral part of prioritization and decision process within the category team.

The QA specialist, SFP and NCP projects, has daily responsibilities and competencies centered around ensuring that the products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your role includes reviewing quality documentation and actively participating in cross-functional meetings within product category to ensure progress on project portfolio.

Typical daily tasks for the QA specialist, SFP and NCP are:

• QA project participation on SFP and NCP projects
• Communication of relevant legislation and requirements to ensure compliance
• Review and approval of quality documentation
• Release and approval of development samples for sensory purposes
• Optimization of ways of working and quality systems

Candidate profile

The position requires a master’s or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry or Pharmacy – alternatively a closely related discipline is highly preferred.

In addition, you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance in food or food supplement industry manufacturing, preferably experience with QA during development.

It’s vital that the candidate demonstrates experience in identification and communication of quality requirement, quality risk assessment and document review.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• He / she is able to ensure that products meet quality and regulatory standards while efficiently collaborating across teams.
• Possess good communication skills for conveying complex findings to stakeholders, and he/she
• Will practice a detail-oriented approach and stronga nalytical skills to ensure high-quality outputs and processes.
• Problem-solving ability for investigating issues and implementing corrective actions efficiently, striking the right balance between quality and business needs.
• He/she appreciates teamwork and cross-functional collaboration—critical for aligning quality initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
• Has got a structured approach to performing his/her work and should possess effective time management skills to meet tight project deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
