At HR-ON, we are looking for a responsible and energetic office assistant who can help us create a workplace where both employees and guests feel at home.
Your main responsibilities
- Keeping the office clean and presentable on a daily basis.
- Performing thorough deep cleaning once or twice a week.
- Ensuring the restrooms are clean and welcoming.
- Being present at lunchtime every day to help clear up and maintain a good atmosphere.
- Watering plants and making sure our green spaces stay healthy.
- you will be responsible for ordering supplies and doing shopping when needed.
- Taking care of small, practical tasks that make everyday life run smoothly.
About you
- You are reliable and take initiative – you notice what needs to be done and make it happen.
- You are proactive and able to work independently, as well as plan your own workday.
- You have a positive attitude and take pride in keeping things tidy and well-maintained.
- It is an advantage if you have relevant experience, and we are especially looking for someone who wishes to become a lasting and valued part of HR-ON.
The job
- Approximately 20 hours per week.
- Flexible working hours – except for lunchtime duties, which naturally fall in the middle of the day.
- You will be an important part of the HR-ON team, based in the heart of Odense.
