Job description:
You'll get a great understanding of our products and pitch them to the existing and potential customers in Japan. You’ll bring out the benefit of our products and be comfortable presenting them to anyone from senior execs to junior buyers.
You’re going to be talking to customers. A lot. You'll sort out their issues and leave them delighted, because you're brilliant at customer service. You see several closed doors only as a way of getting closer to open doors.About the job:
Calling our customers in Japan
Helping our customers in presenting and selling our brand
Impressing future customers with our extraordinary quality and timeless design
Diligently updating CRM to trail conversations
Identify opportunities and strategies to further engage existing customers
Help manage our Japanese social media platforms and newsletters.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth exports.
About you:
Strong negotiation skills
2-3 years of calling experience in Japanese
Working in a structured way, taking ownership
Trustworthiness that can be conveyed to our customers
Native level proficiency in Japanese (in writing and speaking)
Fluent in English
Proactive and curious
Persistent – don't take “no” for an answer
Hard working and always pushing yourself
Getting energy from being in an environment where every day offers new challenges and many deadlines
