The DTU Ventures centre works to promote the commercial use of space in Denmark. We support Danish companies with advice, funding, networks, and resources that help them leverage the rapidly growing commercial opportunities in space applications. We host the European Space Agency's (ESA) two centres in Denmark: ESA Business Incubation Centre Denmark, which supports startups, and ESA Technology Broker Denmark, which supports established companies.
As an administrative coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring administrative quality and efficiency in our operations. You will be the administrative hub for our growing portfolio of project activities and will work closely with our partners at the European Space Agency.

Salary and appointment terms
Employment will be based on the agreement with HK or the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC), depending on your background.
Starting date is as soon as possible, but at the latest January 1st, 2026.
This is a full-time position based at DTU Lyngby Campus.
