We are looking for an experienced à la carte Chef (on-call) who values classic craftsmanship, loves order in the kitchen, and takes pride in delivering quality – even when stepping in at short notice.

aye aye is Admiral Hotel’s new restaurant – a modern interpretation of classic gastronomy with a focus on taste, precision, and craftsmanship. We combine the intense flavors of the Mediterranean with Nordic simplicity, working with pure ingredients to create simple yet delicious dishes.

What we are looking for

You’re the right fit if you:

  • Are a  trained chef with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Take professional pride in your work and care deeply about quality, craftsmanship, and detail.

  • Master classic techniques – sauces, stocks, pasta, filleting fish and meat, baking bread, and making ice cream and desserts.

  • Thrive in a well-organized kitchen and understand that a great working environment leads to the best food.

  • Are flexible and enjoy being part of a dynamic team where no two days are alike.
