We are looking for a skilled Dim Sum Chef to help elevate our kitchen and deliver a true dim sum experience in Hundested.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience making dim sum (dough, fillings, folding techniques, steaming, and consistent quality)

• Works efficiently and stays organized—even during busy hours

• Has a strong eye for taste, consistency, and presentation

• Follows hygiene and food safety standards

• Is a team player and takes responsibility

Bonus (not required):

• Knowledge of Cantonese/Guangdong (Canton) Chinese cuisine (hot dishes, wok skills, sauces, marinades, etc.)

Your tasks may include:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dim sum items

• Mise en place, preparing fillings, sauces, and daily production

• Ensuring consistent quality and smooth service
