The Job is located in Vejle.
Work tasks
1. Oversee daily operational routines, including opening and closing of the restaurant
2. Coordinate staff during shifts and support a positive workflow
3. Ensure a high standard of guest service and handle inquiries professionally
4. Manage orders placed in person, by phone, or through digital channels
5. Monitor hygiene, service quality, and readiness of all operational areas
6. Handle payment processes, POS accuracy, and daily reporting
7. Support stock control, restocking, and coordination with suppliers
8. Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
Professional Qualifications
1. Experience from hospitality, customer service, or restaurant operations
2. Experience supervising or coordinating staff is an advantage
3. A degree or certificate in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
4. Strong communication and service mindset
5. Able to manage tasks independently and maintain an overview
6. Basic understanding of administrative routines and POS systems
