We are currently looking for an experienced Asian Wok Chef to join our kitchen team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Asian hot dishes using professional wok techniques

• Handle high-heat stir-frying efficiently during busy service hours

• Ensure consistency, flavor, and quality of all dishes

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

• Assist with daily kitchen operations and ingredient preparation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Asian cuisine chef

• Highly skilled in wok cooking (hot stir-fry)

• Strong knowledge of Asian ingredients, sauces, and seasonings

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented

• Overseas or European working experience is a plus
