The Study Board for International and Cross-Cultural Studies, Faculty of Social Science and Humanities, has an open position as student assistant with responsibility for SoMe management from 15 April 2026 to 31 December 2026 with the possibility of extending the period of employment.
Job description
The position as LISE SoMe manager involves maintaining and developing communication from the education on social media, e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. The purpose of the communication is two-fold: to market the education to prospective students and to build community by profiling activities on/surrounding the education for present and future students.
The position amounts to 125 hours, distributed over the entire period of employment.

Your profile
As the LISE SoMe manager you will need some experience with and an interest in developing skills in online communication and media production. Ideally, you have worked with social media before, e.g. through voluntary work in an NGO or political campaigning for activist or political organizations. Most important, however, is willingness to approach tasks in an open, creative way, engaging with current students and staff to find out what occupies members of the LISE community. You will be free to specialize in specific forms of online communication (videos, memes etc.), working with specialists in the Study Administration and AAU. You will be a student enrolled in LISE, ideally from the current 2nd semester, with strong English skills.

Salary and terms of employment
Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable Joint Collective Agreement for OAO-S (Official title: OAO-S-fællesoverenskomsten) and Organisational Agreement for Office Clerks, Laboratory Technicians, and IT Employees (HK) (Official title: Organisationsaftalen for kontorfunktionærer, laboranter og it-medarbejdere). You will be placed according to seniority. Employment is conditional upon enrollment at a higher education institution or a medium-length higher education program and active student status.
There is a mutual probationary period of 3 months for the position.
