At Flexbuy, we are looking for an engaged student assistant who wants to become an important part of our operations. We provide salary deduction programs and “Choose Your Own Device” solutions to companies across Denmark, and we need your help to ensure that equipment arrives safely and is ready to use from day one.

Your primary tasks will include:

• Logistics & warehouse
  Receiving, packing, and shipping equipment while ensuring correct labeling so our customers receive the right products and a great experience.

• IT preparation
  Preparing computers, tablets, and phones through automated deployment systems.

• Refurbishment of used equipment
  Handling returned devices, testing hardware, troubleshooting, cleaning, and performing software resets to prepare equipment for resale.

• Ad hoc tasks
  Various tasks that help keep our office and warehouse running smoothly.

The tasks vary, and no two days are exactly the same. You will work closely with a dynamic team that values initiative and input.

You are a great fit if you:

• Have a basic technical understanding and interest in IT

• Are structured and able to maintain overview when there are many tasks at hand

• Have a positive attitude and can work independently

We imagine that you are currently studying and want to combine your studies with a fun and exciting job. Previous experience is not required, but curiosity and willingness to learn are important. Of course, you will receive thorough training in all tasks.

Danish is not required, but is a plus.
